Your role
MinQi is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing / CMO. There is an additional opportunity for outstanding candidates that wish to step in as co-founders.
We have a great product-market fit, we are well funded and ready to deploy our new strategy and grow. In this role, you will be handling our marketing activities. You refine our marketing strategy, further develop our brand and set up action plans to generate new leads in close collaboration with our sales team.
Your responsibility
You focus on developing and expanding our startup vision and you are committed to making it successful. Your special focus is on growth hacking. You will lead our digital marketing activities (including the development, execution, control, and data-driven evaluation of all digital marketing campaigns) with your data analytics skills (especially web analytics and Google Analytics / Google Ads) to build a rockstar marketing machine.
As we grow further, you will have the possibility to take over more markets and to head the whole marketing team. We are looking for a person who can grow with us.
Your profile

Proven experience in digital marketing (particularly social media marketing, SEA, email marketing), preferably with some experience in performance marketing

Brand development – PR community building and management

Customer/market research and competitor intelligence

Partnership development

Fluent in German and English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
