As a growth marketer at GlassDollar you will co-develop and improve our existing lead acquisition and corporate communications packages. Your mission is to understand the challenges of corporate innovators and help solve them through education with multimedia content. You will work closely with our sales/marketing team to experience both how it feels to acquire corporate customers for an international enterprise B2B Software, as well as how to best support our existing clients with their internal communications.

  • Create educational content about startup partnering
  • Co-manage multiple social media accounts
  • Develop and maintain an overview of relevant innovation events

Lead acquisition

  • Support our marketing manager in developing an efficient inbound marketing funnel
  • Enrich our CRM with relevant data points for account prioritization
  • Prospect new leads to contact on a weekly basis
  • Co-own our outbound marketing stack: manage a variety of automation and online prospecting tools

  • Excellent writing skills: ideally you can prove this through different professional or personal experiences
  • Efficient communication, externally and internally
  • Genuine and broad interest in corporate innovation and startup ecosystems
  • Remarkable organization: proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Drive for ownership: proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial
  • Tech-savviness: ability to quickly develop into a power-user of GlassDollar tech stack
  • Very fluent business English (German is a plus but not required)

  • Proven understanding of corporate organizational structure, functions, and processes
  • Previous experience in an Internal Communications or Marketing corporate role
